进口康明斯发动机 国产川崎主泵主阀
9 p! e$ v9 l1 O" H; N$ W9 s使用时间大约在10000小时 前后主泵压力34MPa,先导压力怠速3·9MPa高速4·3MPa.
+ Z( B# M, w6 B+ I6 J出现问题
* v+ C# b3 h1 v1 V  X1.发动机大修更换4配套，后试机正常，装到挖机上后试机出现沉闷的敲击声，转速越高，声响的频率越高
# F1 m5 b$ a6 I- O% `' F2.怠速时（大概1100转左右），冷机状态空做任何动作动作发动机熄火，热机状态空做任何动作，发动机掉速

in my opinion ,
1.the noise is coming from the gears .the engine oil lubricating the gear is not enough
