在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。0 A8 {. P& s2 n( w B' C! ~' B* H

14.2 Hardness Test:

a' i1 A7 L3 g& b2 H/ i4 m# {14.3.1 For pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25 and whose

to the bend test instead of the flattening test. Other pipe whose
! [* ^+ \+ G) z% f. Cdiameter equals or exceeds NPS 10 may be given the bend test( u1 D' | H1 A
in place of the flattening test subject to the approval of the

14.3.2 The bend test specimens shall be bent at room3 p( s* X B0 u* [
temperature through 180° without cracking on the outside of( y" c2 G O$ w% K2 L* w3 i
the bent portion. The inside diameter of the bend shall be 1 in./ B5 Z8 }, s3 o D- L$ B$ s! c1 a9 N

14.3.3 Test specimens for the bend test specified in 14.3
T/ ?5 p3 P' qshall be cut from one end of the pipe and, unless otherwise {5 ~' S% B: q0 l! M, N" x
specified, shall be taken in a transverse direction. One test
2 i: m# j1 ~5 K$ Cspecimen shall be taken as close to the outer surface as possible

specimens shall be either 1⁄2 by 1⁄2 in. [12.5 by 12.5 mm] in- W' a$ ]/ h& S1 @
section or 1 by 1⁄2 in. [25 by 12.5 mm] in section with the; @9 ~ I4 ?; a2 ^4 f( ^
corners rounded to a radius not over 1⁄16 in. [1.6 mm] and need8 ^- l+ o5 [ K+ y
not exceed 6 in. [150 mm] in length. The side of the samples- R# z7 s `$ j6 f n" F
placed in tension during the bend shall be the side closest to the, v5 Q4 }& C9 ]$ S/ N/ r" l# o6 H

in the supplementary requirement. Subject to agreement between the purchaser and manufacturer,

S1. Product Analysis

Individual lengths failing to conform to the chemical composition
$ Y; V7 h% ]4 v6 f# C4 L& G: s% Wrequirements shall be rejected.- d5 x: ]1 o4 ^' U1 D( y
S2. Transverse Tension Tests
: ^* H, y& f& w* \, \+ M' i! FS2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen
2 W& X5 S, C" p5 e( Mfrom one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this0 }' o/ ^6 P( j3 g0 j1 T
supplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per3 y9 z* O$ ^; v6 N# ]( Z$ i0 E) C0 B
pipe shall also be specified. If a specimen from any length fails4 x. _/ g) p) j# `
to meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and
- [; J; y# }% v1 j4 }. ~elongation), that length shall be rejected subject to retreatment& J n3 Q, D- M6 w: `7 l5 ~2 j
in accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory
7 v: [ D( D/ n& o, [% @retest.

S3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M6 O5 ~) d0 U4 v+ w
shall be made on a specimen from one end or both ends of each q( t( M$ C, M' v+ H* \/ c
pipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement; |/ q% Y- E+ u l9 l0 W/ _
is specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be7 a4 J) z z3 U
specified. If a specimen from any length fails because of lack2 t' G; m& k8 _6 I$ Z( q
of ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of
; m! i! n K. D( dthe flattening test requirement, that pipe shall be rejected- l, a5 T) M) G1 Q& W3 p
subject to retreatment in accordance with Specification A 999/
+ C. |3 O+ a8 T! _% [; S1 K: fA 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length
5 _& H) m! x" `6 h0 A/ sof pipe fails because of a lack of soundness that length shall be
9 R1 P& A. n* o. T+ F- F& n9 B- x# `! \rejected, unless subsequent retesting indicates that the remaining3 H$ o5 v7 I( P1 Y
length is sound. The bend test of 13.2 shall be substituted
9 m& W" V7 r8 x9 `) r0 `for the flattening test for pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25
