含氧化铁粉粒状脱硫剂的脱硫性能研究

中加入金属氧化物Fe2O3作为催化剂,通过实验确定直径、蒸汽活化、加湿和加入Fe2O3粉对脱硫剂脱硫速率5 W9 c$ m, G; U7 ^( a
及钙利用率的影响,从而确定Fe2O3粉的催化性能并初步分析其催化机理.由曲线图中曲线对比可得,Fe2O3
3 o- n8 d) y8 d粉的催化性能与其投加量有关,少量Fe2O3粉与过量Fe2O3粉对反应的促进作用不明显,所以存在最佳的添加2 r/ n+ W2 X v- X! z3 U/ Y
量,由实验可得其最佳添加量在总质量的1.5%~6%之间.: i6 }2 c% S% ]/ `6 _) b

' n4 f4 p z" P8 O; ncatalysis of Fe2O3is connected with the quantity is obtained. Less Fe2O3and more Fe2O3cannot promote the reaction.
