9 y  ]9 p6 x6 K, o( r摘要:以P204 为萃取剂,从镍电解液中萃取除铜。研究了p H、相比(O/ A) 、P204 体积浓度和振荡时间1 R: W. m/ v5 Z  C+ {% w
对萃取效果的影响,确定了P204 萃取铜的最佳条件。结果表明:随着p H 的升高,铜的萃取率增大;相
: W5 G* c0 ]6 V6 }/ R, b比(O/ A) 越大萃取分离效果越好;随着P204 体积浓度的升高,铜萃取率也相应的升高。室温下P204 萃& E- _0 H& Q) C2 |( S$ R
取铜的最佳工艺条件: P204 的体积浓度15 % ,相比(O/ A) 1 ∶2 ,水相初始p H210 ,振荡时间3 min。在此
