在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。5 Q) ]3 f# Y: |) _

least 1 pipe shall be tested. For material heat treated by the

14.3.1 For pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25 and whose1 I. O5 I3 Z4 M$ Z

to the bend test instead of the flattening test. Other pipe whose

14.3.2 The bend test specimens shall be bent at room4 i5 x+ y- E" P: j" p! T
temperature through 180° without cracking on the outside of- j+ _0 _1 Q3 d+ f9 M
the bent portion. The inside diameter of the bend shall be 1 in.

and another from as close to the inner surface as possible. The

section or 1 by 1⁄2 in. [25 by 12.5 mm] in section with the1 _! S, {; V8 u; H) M V$ ?, m
corners rounded to a radius not over 1⁄16 in. [1.6 mm] and need
2 c L' C, ~7 @& o- C2 C% znot exceed 6 in. [150 mm] in length. The side of the samples+ T; R8 V: b6 c- s
placed in tension during the bend shall be the side closest to the) l4 ]5 c+ d& {/ \
inner and outer surface of the pipe, respectively.

S1. Product Analysis

requirements shall be rejected.

S2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen1 p4 |$ e) J/ f p D6 j& L* ]) @
from one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this$ T4 o5 M, h1 \3 d: y4 k
supplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per

to meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and

in accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory, M2 t$ k+ ~4 n' `8 I4 `

S3. Flattening Test

pipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement# E1 I. D! O6 u; h
is specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be$ F& U) J( V2 d( M* i) C
specified. If a specimen from any length fails because of lack o* K# T+ ]8 n6 X2 u) |
of ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of/ @6 m( t1 ~6 f* n6 `
the flattening test requirement, that pipe shall be rejected
( o& X) M( Z( p; v7 G/ S9 Fsubject to retreatment in accordance with Specification A 999/8 T$ }6 t4 |7 R
A 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length
