The Global Compact's ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and

The United Nations Convention Against Corruption
1 s4 Y( ^- ]8 g: l- u, x( t& uThe Global Compact asks companies to embrace, support and enact, within their sphere of
influence, a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment,
and anti-corruption:
5 F5 |( k2 e. F) w* f8 U4 t+ l" mHuman Rights
Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed
human rights; and
  q- k! e; Y1 Z* g" UPrinciple 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Labour Standards
+ d- X; X$ i/ m* xPrinciple 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of
# r0 O3 b2 X& X2 Y! b. B4 G( Mthe right to collective bargaining;
Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and
Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Environment
Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
Principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and

Principle 10: Businesses should work against all forms of corruption, including extortion and

原则2. 企业应保证不与践踏人权者同流合污。
劳工

原则5. 切实废除童工现象；并

环境
原则7. 企业应支持采用预防性方法来应付环境挑战；
