Carburising - Single Quench Treatment:Heat the carburised parts to 800/820°C and quench in oil.6 T# g) G6 \" J* f7 X

Carburising - Double Quench Treatment:Carburise at 850/880°C. Cool in air or oil. Reheat to 760/780°C. Quench in oil.

Tempering:After hardening temper at 150°C for 2 hours minimum, and allow to cool in air to give a final surface hardness in the region of Rockwell C60/62.
