摘要:探讨了工业工程的方法研究技术在熔模铸造中的应用。采用“5W1H”提问技术和 8 _4 l* g0 v( k“ECRS”等措施,改进了熔模铸造中蜡模制造的生产工艺过程和工人双手操作方式。改进后的工艺 x: _8 y0 Z) t5 h过程大幅度提高了生产效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了产品的质量。 0 S. {# `4 b+ A关键词:工业工程;蜡模铸造;方法研究 . c. ]6 \.
