谁能帮我分析下这套机构轴承的用法有没有什么不妥
- v/ u4 y$ \& l1 G# W% ^3 ]这是一套推力机构,推力为200到300KG 之前一直用的深沟球轴承 能够正常使用* `- L3 \0 n0 k6 l/ P
现在想直接换成角接触球轴承 按上图能行吗

轴承是面对面 背对背还是同向好

1. 从楼主的第二张图可以看出是同向安装,这样右端没有平衡轴向力的轴承。所以:a. 左侧两个轴承应该背靠背或面对面安装,或b. 右侧也要选相同的轴承使用;  i. T& O  t5 k3 V4 N$ [% |( [
2. 从易于调节左端两个配对轴承的间隙来说,应该选择背靠背(第一条的a)安装,这样调整进行只需要调节轴上的锁紧螺母即可,而不需要条件锁紧轴承外圈的端盖。  D4 m0 l) u- O, ~2 D9 I
3. 如果轴较长,为了减小热升温的影响,左侧背靠背安装后右端可以用一个圆柱滚子轴承来承受径向力,让轴可以轴向自由伸长。+ G& y+ E1 R7 c& n# s' }

深沟球轴承可以承受比较小的轴向力,轴向力较大还是用角接触球轴承或者圆锥滚子轴承。7 }/ B2 n! }/ [
轴比较长时,一般一端固定,一端游动。

轴向固定不能单独使用卡环,那样没法固定。参考SKF资料。
